CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Mortgage Virtual Assistant to provide direct support to US-based mortgage brokers and loan officers, handling loan files from submission through closing.

The ideal candidate has hands-on US mortgage loan processing, borrower documentation, and knowledge of closing procedures, with the ability to communicate with underwriters, lenders, and title companies. This remote role values detail-orientation and proactive problem solving.

Formación

• Direct mortgage or lending experience in US loan processing roles.
• Hands-on borrower documentation and closing procedures.
• Familiar with underwriting conditions and lender communications.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage loan files from submission through closing.
• Order, coordinate, and track appraisals.
• Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation.
• Follow up with borrowers regarding outstanding requirements.
• Review and help clear underwriting conditions.
• Communicate directly with underwriters, lenders, title companies, and other lending partners.
• Track loan progress and maintain accurate records.
• Update CRM/LOS systems with loan status and borrower information.
• Assist loan officers with lead follow-up and cold calling when needed.
• Support basic marketing and social media activities, when applicable.
• Provide administrative and operational support to mortgage professionals
