Chapman Management Group is seeking a Latin America–based Purchase Order Coordinator to support purchase order and vendor invoice processing across our property portfolio. This remote independent contractor role requires strong data entry skills and English fluency, with core US East Coast hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST).

Ideal candidates have accounts payable or purchasing experience and familiarity with property management software such as Entrata or Yardi.

Formación

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) — required.
• Experience in accounts payable, data entry, or purchasing preferred.
• Experience with purchase order creation and tracking a plus.
• High accuracy data entry skills; strong organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Create, track, and manage purchase orders for vendor invoices across the portfolio.
• Review and process vendor invoices with accurate coding before payment submission.
• Perform data entry and maintain financial records in accounting systems.
• Monitor spending and flag variances for review; communicate PO status to stakeholders.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and report on expense trends.
