Valatam is hiring a Logistics & Operations Assistant for a 100% remote, full-time role. You will support Operations, Billing, and Customer Communications, handling admin tasks with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST. Requires 2-5 years in related roles and fluency in English and Spanish; experience with project tools and CRM/ERP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish required.
• 2-5 years in operations, admin support, or customer-facing roles.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with project tools and ERP/CRM systems a plus.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Execute and monitor administrative tasks across departments within timelines.
• Maintain accurate data entry and update CRM/internal records.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries via email and chat promptly.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation for smooth operations.
• Keep customer files and records organized and accessible.
