Valatam, a Latin America–focused remote employer, is seeking a Junior Operations Assistant. This full-time, 100% remote role supports structured workflows, data entry, and routine communications with clients and vendors.

The position targets candidates who work well independently, manage multiple priorities, and are fluent in English and Spanish. Experience with PM tools and Google Workspace is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or a related field.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with multiple priorities.
• Able to adapt to evolving or partially documented workflows.
• Experience with PM tools such as Asana, Notion, or Trello is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented processes and SOPs to complete daily tasks on time.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized records.
• Upload, label, and organize files in Google Drive per folder structures.
• Handle routine client and vendor communications using templates.
• Assist with internal reporting by compiling and formatting data.
