Valatam is hiring a Logistics & Operations Assistant for a 100% remote, full-time role. You will support Operations, Billing, and Customer Communication with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires 2–5 years in operations or admin roles, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to work independently with multiple priorities. Experience with PM tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, admin support, or customer-facing roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with evolving or partially documented workflows.
• Experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP or order management systems is helpful.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor administrative tasks across departments within established timelines.
• Maintain data entry and update CRM/internal records accurately.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries via email and chat professionally.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation to keep operations smooth.
• Ensure customer files and notes remain organized and accessible.
• Prepare clear, error-free customer-facing documentation and reports.
• Identify issues or delays and elevate them to the coordinator.
• Assist with other related duties as needed.
