Requirements include English (C1/C2) and Spanish fluency, 3–4 years in ops, and proficiency with tools like Asana/Notion/Trello. A structured approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in operations or project coordination.
• Ability to follow structured processes and execute repetitive tasks accurately.
• Experience with project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document and improve processes and maintain records.
• Manage and structure Google Drive folders.
• Perform data entry and generate internal reports.
• Manage client and vendor email communications.
• Coordinate and track project tasks across teams.
• Synthesize research into clear, actionable documents.
• Other related tasks as needed.
