Job summary

Thea Career Inc. is seeking a Case Manager to join our team full-time in a 100% remote role. You will facilitate service delivery, ensure staffing, and guide families, caregivers, and providers on the team.

Responsibilities include daily session checks, caregiver/patient communications, weekly pre-billing, and ensuring visits are logged and aligned with insurer authorizations. Must communicate with US insurers and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Advanced English required.
• Strong customer service mindset for caregivers, patients, and insurers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Daily check of sessions from the previous day.
• Provide timely updates on case status and workload.
• Coordinate pre-billing process weekly.
• Assign and track caregiver visits in the system.
• Ensure visits align with insurance-authorized weekly hours.
• Communicate with US Insurance companies.
