The role emphasizes data management and process documentation in a fully remote setting. You will monitor EVV dashboards, resolve data discrepancies with caregivers, reconcile timesheets before payroll and billing, and maintain audit-ready records for state or Medicaid reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare compliance or homecare EVV.
• Knowledge of EHR systems and HIPAA regulations.
• Strong English proficiency (advanced or professional).
• Proficiency with EVV, billing tools and reporting software.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• System Monitoring: Review EVV dashboards to flag exceptions and GPS alerts.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Contact caregivers to correct data and document codes.
• Timesheet Reconciliation: Reconcile EVV logs with timesheets before payroll/billing.
• Audit Readiness: Maintain timestamped compliance records for reviews.
