Valatam is hiring a Logistics & Operations Assistant for a fully remote, full-time position. The role involves supporting Operations, Billing, and Customer Communication with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in operations/admin, are fluent in English and Spanish, and can work independently with light CRM/ERP exposure.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 2-5 years of experience in operations or admin roles.
• Independent work style with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiar with project management tools (Asana/Notion/Trello).

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor administrative tasks across departments within timelines.
• Maintain accurate data entry in CRM and internal systems.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries via email and chat.
• Coordinate scheduling and documentation to keep operations running smoothly.
• Keep customer files and notes organized and accessible.
• Prepare clear, error-free customer-facing documentation and reports.
• Identify issues or delays and escalate to the coordinator.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
