Valatam is seeking a Junior Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This entry-level, full-time role is open to candidates located anywhere in Latin America, working 100% remotely.

You will be the primary contact for routine inquiries across channels, handling basic account updates, simple troubleshooting, and data entry in CRM systems while escalating complex cases to seniors.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish required.
• 1–2 years of administration or virtual assistance experience.
• Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Quiet home office with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in English and Spanish.
• Assist with basic account updates and routine troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex or high-priority requests to senior staff.
• Track communications and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Update customer records in CRM systems and collaborate across teams.
• Provide general administrative support to the CS department.
