Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1-C2) is required.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, remote/outbound preferred.
• Hunter mentality with strong pipeline-building.
• Strong consultative selling skills and demonstrated quota attainment.
• Quiet home office with stable internet and backup connection.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Execute multi-channel outbound outreach to U.S. decision-makers.
• Meet daily/weekly KPIs and quota targets.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and HR to align client needs with placements.
