Solutions Conexo Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our remote team. You will work directly in English with international clients and prospects, identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting sales growth.

The role requires fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with the sales team to close deals, all in a 100% remote setup.

Formación

• Fluent/advanced English (spoken and written) required.
• Experience in business development, B2B sales, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
• Availability to work hours aligned with North America (to be confirmed).

Responsabilidades

• Active outbound prospecting of potential clients.
• Lead qualification and opportunity follow-up.
• Communication in English with clients and prospects (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Coordination with the sales team to close deals.
• CRM tracking and pipeline management.
