Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2+ years in patient intake, customer service, or healthcare operations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Experience with ABA therapy or healthcare intake preferred.
• Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Empathetic, patient-centered support.
• Highly detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promptly contact prospective families following online sign-ups or inquiries.
• Conduct intake screenings to gather missing information and confirm eligibility.
• Provide compassionate support to families, establishing trust from the first interaction.
• Record and manage intake data in Salesforce.
• Convert qualified leads into opportunities and transition to benefits verification and authorization team.
• Re-engage inactive families to maximize conversions.
• Collaborate with Intake Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
