Job summary

CEO Lawyer Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking an Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, qualify cases, and guide clients through the intake process using Filevine and related tools.

You must be fully bilingual in English, have a sales background, and be comfortable working remotely with a reliable PC and headset. Prior personal injury experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review emails and chats for new leads and requests.
• Organize contracts, letters, photos, and documents on Dropbox.
• Answer inbound calls and interact with clients and leads with strong service.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate team member as needed.
• Set up Filevine projects for new clients and log updates.
• Register comments, observations, and updates in the system.
• Follow up on leads and maintain high-quality interactions.
• Complete intake for new clients and transfer to Pre-Litigation.
• Send submission emails to Pre-Litigation for new cases.
• Manage clinic referrals considering client location.
• Participate in stand-up and regular team meetings.
• Close contracts.
