Job summary

The CEO Lawyer Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking an Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for clients, handling calls and inquiries and guiding potential claimants through the initial intake.

You will qualify cases, gather information, and coordinate documents using Dropbox and Filevine, delivering excellent customer service in a remote setup to support the Pre-Litigation team.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in English (bilingual).
Sales background preferred.
Experience in personal injury is a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with strong customer service.
Qualify potential clients and gather case information.
Organize contracts, letters, photos, and documents in Dropbox.
Set up Filevine projects for new clients.
Register updates and comments; maintain accurate records.
Transfer calls to the appropriate team member.
Follow up on leads and close contracts.
Participate in standups and team meetings.
Complete intake for new clients to Pre-Litigation.
