Responsibilities

• Conduct welcome calls, intake interviews, and questionnaires to gather client information.
• Request, collect, organize, and track required documentation and evidence.
• Coordinate filing fee and medical exam requirements and follow up on items.
• Provide translation support for client documents when qualified.
• Enter client information, case details, and notes into CRM and other systems.
• Identify issues or concerns requiring attorney or management review.
• Manage high volume client interactions and strict deadlines while following processes.
