Naukri Mitra is seeking a highly motivated Virtual Wellness Consultant to join our growing team. This remote role focuses on promoting overall well-being, assessing client needs, and delivering personalized wellness plans with ongoing guidance.

You will work with diverse clients to promote physical, mental, and emotional health, organizing group sessions and providing resourceful support to help clients succeed in achieving their wellness goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, Psychology, or a related field.
• Certifications in wellness coaching or a similar discipline are a plus.
• Proven experience as a wellness consultant, health coach, or related role, preferably in a virtual setting.
• Strong knowledge of wellness principles, including fitness, nutrition, mental health, and stress management.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and wellness platforms.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills to handle multiple clients effectively.
• A passion for helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations to assess clients’ wellness needs, including physical health, mental well-being, lifestyle habits, and personal goals.
• Develop customized wellness plans tailored to individual client needs, incorporating strategies for nutrition, fitness, stress management, and mental health support.
• Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on wellness practices, lifestyle modifications, and self-care techniques.
• Act as a supportive guide, helping clients stay motivated and committed to their wellness plans.
• Conduct virtual check-ins to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Organize and facilitate virtual wellness workshops and group coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care.
• Create and share wellness resources to empower clients.
• Identify clients needing specialized support and refer them to appropriate resources when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with data protection regulations.
