Qualifications

• Credentialed as NBC-HWC or exam enrolled.
• Certified in fitness or nutrition.
• At least one year of experience with virtual coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead video coaching sessions for behavior change.
• Maintain proactive communication via messaging.
• Build personal relationships with members.

Skills

Professional coaching credential: NBC-HWC

Fitness or nutrition certification: CPT (ACE, NASM, ACSM)

Virtual coaching experience

Managing a caseload
