Talkspace is seeking NBHWC-certified Health and Wellness Coaches to support adults in a virtual group coaching program designed to complement weight management journeys, including GLP-1 users. This is a remote role based in the United States, with Talkspace HQ in NYC.

You will lead weekly online group sessions, guiding members to build sustainable habits around nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and long-term behavior change.

Qualificações

• Active NBHWC-certified Health and Wellness Coach
• At least 3 years of experience facilitating live virtual group coaching sessions for adults focused on weight management and behavior change
• Strong knowledge of behavior change principles and coaching approaches
• Ability to work within a defined scope of practice and follow escalation protocols
• Reliable access to a private space for live sessions
• Strong written communication for asynchronous interactions

Responsabilidades

• Provide health and wellness group coaching to members in a virtual group setting to promote positive lifestyle habits and behaviors
• Support members to develop self-directed strategies for sustainable, healthy lifestyle behavior change
• Utilize motivational interviewing, coaching theories, and coaching techniques to assist members in accomplishing their action steps and goals
• Follow program guidance and policies
• Ensure members are informed of what to expect when engaging in coaching
• Work under the general supervision of a Coaching Program Manager (or designee), who establishes objectives and priorities
