EZ Health is hiring Wellness Coaches to help older adults get through the maze of health care, benefits, and daily needs with less stress.

Everything happens by phone. Many of the seniors we work with are juggling doctor visits, medications, referrals, transportation, and forms all at once. They often sense that something is off but aren't sure where to start or who can help. That's where you come in.

As a Wellness Coach, you'll be the consistent, caring person they can count on. You'll listen closely, figure out what's actually going on, and help each person hang up with clear next steps.

This is not a high-volume phone job. You'll support a small group of clients, usually 20 or fewer, so you can build real relationships, keep your promises, and stay with people for the long haul.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to clients regularly to see how they're doing
• Ask thoughtful questions to uncover the barriers behind the problem
• Help clients prepare for appointments and follow up once they're done
• Explain benefits, referrals, and next steps in plain, everyday terms
• Coordinate with doctors' offices, pharmacies, insurance companies, and community groups
• Arrange hands-on support such as transportation, meals, prescription help, and local programs
• Look for a different route when the usual process hits a dead end
• Keep clear, organized notes so teammates can easily see where things stand
• Follow through on every task so clients always know the outcome
