Job summary

Marathon Ventures Media in the United States is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the advertising order process for campaigns across national TV networks and local stations. This full-time role offers a remote work environment with a Monday to Friday schedule and a fast-paced, team-oriented culture.

You will assist account executives and planners, perform data entry, monitor campaign performance, and coordinate with traffic and clients to ensure orders meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executives and Sales Planners in the advertising order process
• Ensure that all orders are compliant with all client requirements
• Data entry and updating new and revised orders in media management systems
• Monitor pre-emptions, clearance, and overall campaign performance
• Maintain client files, including all correspondence, contracts and revisions
• Help resolve problems with copy, billing, order discrepancies and inventory issues
• Liaise with traffic to resolve all advertiser podding issues as needed
• Special projects as needed

Marathon Ventures Media Sales manages direct response advertising sales for multiple national television networks and local television stations.

Sales Assistants are essential to the execution of all campaigns, coordinating with sales teams, sales managers, and clients.
