Job summary

MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking a Team Leader who cares about people, grows the team, and creates an environment where members thrive and deliver their best work. You will assign tasks to match strengths and ensure clear roles.

You will own stakeholder communications, structure requirements, set priorities, and guarantee delivery commitments. You will drive capacity planning, conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews, and guide engineers toward high performance.

Qualifications

Experience facilitating performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development planning.
Experience conducting code reviews to maintain quality and engineer growth.
Strong Linux system understanding.
Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
Ability to design and oversee scalable, maintainable software architectures.
Excellent written and spoken English for international environments.
In-depth knowledge of real-time development with sub-microsecond latency.
Experience in HFT, telecom, game development, or similar resource-constrained fields.
Strong knowledge of modern C++ development and engineering processes.
Knowledge of networks and interaction protocols.

Responsibilities

Own communication with stakeholders and other teams, structure requirements, set priorities, and assure delivery commitments.
Manage the team effectively, understanding each member’s strengths and weaknesses, and assign tasks based on abilities and development goals.
Own team capacity planning—tracking load, forecasting needs, and ensuring capacity before bottlenecks.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and implement measures to improve team performance as needed.
