Job summary

Codebridge is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead client software development projects. You’ll run planning and execution, negotiate scope and timelines, and keep the team at a sustainable pace while collaborating with the Head of Delivery on standards.

You will drive requirements, backlogs, and stakeholder communication, while balancing risk, scope, and quality across the full lifecycle in an outsourced, international client environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT project management
• Experience with outsourcing / outstaffing for international clients
• Proven cross-functional leadership across full lifecycle
• Strong Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and adaptable to project needs
• Technical background to discuss architecture and estimates
• Experience in discovery and requirements elicitation
• Experience in requirements work: stories, acceptance criteria
• Experience in pre-sales support and proposals
• Experience client communication: scope/timeline negotiations, demos
• Risk and change management experience

• Proficient with PM tools and delivery metrics

Responsibilities

• Lead client software development projects through the full lifecycle within the Agile framework — planning, execution, and quality of the outcome
• Run sprint and release planning; apply and adapt company delivery standards to the project context
• Clarify and analyze requirements — requirements documentation, user stories, task preparation
• Drive prioritization and backlog management together with the client and the team
• Participate in roadmap development and control its execution
• Balance scope, timeline, and quality, and propose the best solution for each trade-off
• Manage project risks and changes — identify risks early, prepare mitigation plans, handle scope changes and escalations
• Own client communication and stakeholder management — manage expectations, run status reporting and demos, negotiate scope and timeline changes
• Run regular team feedback — participate in performance reviews and 1:1s, identify and address team concerns
• Plan and balance team capacity and workload; raise staffing and allocation needs to the Head of Delivery
• Prepare project estimations and support the pre-sales process — scoping, effort assessment, and proposals together with the technical team

You will work closely with our Head of Delivery, who owns delivery across the company and its standards, while you lead how your own project runs day to day.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 5+ years in project management in IT (web / mobile application development)
• Experience in an outsourcing / outstaffing model with international clients
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, from discovery to release and support
• Strong command of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and the maturity to adapt the process to the project instead of following it by the book
• Technical background sufficient to challenge estimates and discuss architecture trade-offs with the team
• Experience conducting discovery phases — requirements elicitation, scoping, and shaping projects before delivery kicks off
• Hands-on experience with requirements work — user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog structuring
• Solid estimation skills and experience supporting pre-sales — scoping, effort assessment, contributing to proposals
• Experience managing client communication directly: expectation management, scope and timeline negotiations, regular reporting and demos
• Risk and change management experience — identifying risks early, preparing mitigation plans, handling escalations
• People management experience — 1:1s, feedback, participation in performance reviews
• Confident with project management tools (Azure DevOps or equivalents) and delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity)
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher — enough to lead client calls and negotiations independently
