Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in the United States seeks a Projects Team Lead to guide a team of project managers and deliver complex CRE projects. You will shape objectives, timelines and budgets while driving innovative PM strategies and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

You will also develop client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and lead sales within the PDS platform, contributing to growth and excellence in delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years in project management within commercial real estate.
• Strong leadership, communication and client-management abilities are required.
• Proficiency in project-management methodologies and tools and financial reporting.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams and drive innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship and support.
• Define objectives, scope and deliverables with stakeholders, aligned to client goals.
• Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies.
• Oversee timelines, budgets and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration locally and globally to optimize outcomes.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth with business development.
• Drive a sales culture within the PDS team; lead client pursuit strategies and pitches.
• Secure new business and execute projects across all elements of the PDS platform.
