Job summary

Partner Company is an international game development studio delivering art production and co-development services for the gaming industry. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to guide complex game art initiatives from planning to delivery.

You will align schedules, resources, and stakeholder expectations, turning objectives into actionable plans while coordinating with Art/Tech leads and external clients to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in game development.
• Strong understanding of game art production pipelines and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex game art and co-development projects from planning to delivery.
• Turn project objectives into actionable production plans and clear priorities.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and day-to-day coordination.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements across multiple disciplines.
• Coordinate with Art Leads, Technical Leads, and external clients to align production.
