Job summary

Langan Engineering & Environmental Services is seeking a Project Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead planning, design and permitting of civil and land development projects. The role includes coaching staff and coordinating across market sectors, including healthcare, higher education, distribution, and more.

The position emphasizes client development, multi-disciplinary leadership, expertise in stormwater management and SWPPP, and proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Valid Professional Engineer license required.
• 6+ years of site/civil land development experience.
• Knowledge of local city, county and state land use processes.
• Strong client development and client management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and permitting of civil and land development projects.
• Design site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control.
• Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Manage multiple projects within budgets and schedules.
