Responsibilities include managing project leaders, engaging with clients to identify new opportunities, and applying expertise in clinical trials. Candidates should have significant experience in pharma or CRO environments, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position offers a flexible work-from-home option across the US.

Qualifications

• At least 11 years of experience within pharma and/or CRO for Bachelor's degree holders.
• At least 9 years of experience within pharma and/or CRO for Master's degree holders.
• At least 6 years of experience within pharma and/or CRO for PhD holders.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of clinical trial management principles.
• At least 5 years of management experience in a research environment.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for successful delivery of clients' statement of work.
• Supervises project leaders and mentors staff.
• Engages with clients for new opportunities.
