Job summary

ALTEN México is seeking a Project Leader to oversee engineering projects for clients in North America. You will lead project teams, manage resources and priorities, and ensure successful, on-time delivery while maintaining quality and compliance with ALTEN processes.

Qualifications

Mechatronics Engineer or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
Experience in a related technical field is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

Lead the project team: operationally manage resources and skills assigned to your project.
Ensure the technical delivery of a project, monitor the functional analysis, and control client requirements.
Responsible for quality, cost, and delivery management: estimate workload and unfinished work.
Plan and assign activities; prepare and lead weekly project committees.
Prepare monthly project reviews; monitor KPIs and prepare operational project reports.
Apply ALTEN's processes, methods, and tools (ADF kit).
Follow the safety and hygiene standards and procedures established by the company.
