Job summary
A dynamic merchandising company seeks merchandisers as independent contractors for on-demand gig work. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in merchandising and planograms. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are necessary. Pay rates vary by client contract, ranging from $15 to $17 per hour. WE ARE LOOKING FOR GREAT PEOPLE TO JOIN OUR TEAM- people like YOU!
This is NOT full-time and is NOT part-time. All our merchandisers are on an as needed basis- on demand.
We are looking for field reps who enjoy merchandising. We are looking for well-rounded merchandisers who have experience in all phases of merchandising, to include but not limited to, audits, building racks and displays, resets (both shelf and pegboard work) pull & plugs, POP/POS placement and planogram implementation and maintenance. A willingness to work alone or as a team based on client needs is a must. Friendly, outgoing with the ability to build strong store relationships.
If hired, you will be expected to complete all the work offered in your area.
PAYRATES VARY BY CLIENT CONTRACT- $15.00- $17.00 PER HOUR- PAYRATE VARIES BY CLIENT, NOT EXPERIENCE
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
- Must have an Android or iPhone
- Must know how to access Google via your phone
- Must be dependable with a verifiable track record of showing up, implementing client directives and completing the work on time.
- Planograms: 1 year- You must understand how to read and implement planograms.
- Merchandising: 1 year
- Resets: 1 year
- Speak and read English
- Must have access to the internet
- Must have access to a printer when needed
- Must have reliable transportation
- Valid, NON- expired Driver's License required
- Transport supplies as needed (POP/ POS signage)
- Able to travel within the assigned region (up to 15 miles) Also looking for reps who can travel outside the area.
- Flexible schedule
- Email address that is monitored daily
- Effectively communicate via email, phone & text
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Bending, squatting, kneeling, extending arms upward and downward and standing for long periods at a time
- Lifting and/or transporting boxes up to 10 lbs.
- Ability to move fixtures on wheels
- Read, understand and follow instructions
