Job summary

You will collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to address discrepancies and support strategic decisions. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field, 3–5 years of experience, and proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or SAP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial analysis.
• Provide accounting support to various departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
