Job summary

JK America is seeking an Operations Manager to support and optimize internal business operations from its Jonesboro, AR office. The role centers on data analysis, reporting, and process oversight across Sales, Service, Logistics, and Purchasing, with a strong emphasis on Excel-based analytics.

The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, 3–5+ years of experience in operations analytics, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in operations coordination, business analytics, or operational support roles.
• Experience in distribution, manufacturing support, or service-based organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze operational reports related to sales activity, service performance, inventory levels, warranty trends, and purchasing metrics.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, data modeling, and dashboards to analyze data.
• Transform large datasets into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Produce recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports.
• Partner with leadership to support data-driven decision making.
