Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a Plant Controller to lead financial operations at the Pocahontas plant. The role oversees plant accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis to support operational decisions and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7-10 years of accounting/finance experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing accounting/finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of plant financial performance with accuracy and timely reporting.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements, reports, and variance analysis.

The position drives financial performance, ensures compliance, and aligns plant operations with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 7-10 years of experience in accounting or finance within manufacturing environments required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing accounting or finance teams preferred.
