Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks an engineer to support private access services leveraging Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). You will onboard applications, troubleshoot authentication and connectivity issues, and help improve reliability and security across enterprise services.

The role involves collaboration with identity, networking, cloud, and security teams, maintaining documentation, and contributing to operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field and 2–4 years of related experience.
• Or equivalent experience reflecting level of this position.

Responsibilities

• Support ZPA-based private access services including onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot complex application-access issues (authentication, connectivity, DNS, routing, policy enforcement).
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and implementation standards.
• Collaborate with identity, networking, cloud, security, and support teams to improve service delivery.
