Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Private Access Engineer to support the operation, growth, and improvement of its private access services using Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). You will onboarding applications and manage lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to design secure access for enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field with 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) or similar ZTNA technologies.
• Strong understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, routing, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with identity and authentication technologies (SAML, OIDC, Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity).

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and operational support for ZPA, including onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot complex application-access issues involving authentication, connectivity, DNS, and policy enforcement.
• Document procedures, standards, and support guidance; monitor service health and reliability.
• Collaborate with identity, networking, cloud, security, and support teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
