Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) with 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) or similar ZTNA technologies preferred.
• Knowledge of identity and authentication technologies (SAML, OIDC, Entra ID, Okta, Ping).
• Strong understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, routing, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience troubleshooting application-access, authentication, and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Provides engineering and operational support for ZPA, including onboarding, lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and service improvements.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and reliability.
• Works with owners, infrastructure teams, and vendors to design secure private access solutions.
• Troubleshoots complex application-access issues involving authentication, connectivity, DNS, and routing.
• Configures and supports private access technologies and related components.
