Job summary

Centene Corporation in the United States is seeking an engineer to support the operation, growth, and improvement of private access services. You will troubleshoot access and connectivity issues, assist with onboarding, and maintain technical documentation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to design secure private access solutions, monitor service health, and drive reliability and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or business field and requires 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) or similar Zero Trust technologies preferred.
• Knowledge of identity and authentication technologies (SAML, OIDC, Entra ID, Okta, or Ping).

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and operational support for Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) including onboarding, lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and service improvements.
• Collaborate with owners, infrastructure teams, and vendors to design and implement secure private access solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex access issues involving authentication, connectivity, DNS, routing, and policy enforcement.
