Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC seeks a Private Access Engineer to support Zscaler Private Access for enterprise apps. You will troubleshoot access, onboarding, documentation, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve reliability, security, and user experience.

Candidates should have a BA/BS in a quantitative or business field with 2–4 years’ related experience and experience with SAML/OIDC and cloud/on‑prem architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field and 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience with ZPA or similar Zero Trust technologies preferred.
• Familiarity with SAML, OIDC, identity platforms and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and service improvements for private access.
• Collaborate with owners, infrastructure teams and vendors to design secure access solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor service health, analyze trends, and propose reliability improvements.
