Job summary

EY seeks a Zscaler Service Owner - Associate Director to lead Zscaler services within Security Technology Services. You will drive service strategy, governance, and adoption across global teams, partnering with architecture, engineering, and operations to turn platform investments into governable, measurable services.

You will own the service portfolio including ZPA, ZIA, Cloud Gateway, and Azure Zero Trust strategy, ensuring operational readiness, risk controls and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Business Management or equivalent.
• 18+ years in cybersecurity, network security or infrastructure security.
• 8+ years with Zscaler platforms including service ownership, delivery leadership or operations leadership for global services.

Responsibilities

• Own the transition of Zscaler platform capabilities into production-ready services.
• Define service strategy, roadmap, governance, metrics and customer outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders across architecture, engineering, operations and vendor management.
• Ensure security controls, compliance, risk management and evidence collection.
• Drive adoption, performance improvements and cost optimization.
