Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Zscaler Service Owner - Associate Director to lead Zscaler services within Network Security. You will own service strategy, roadmap, and governance, translating platform investments into measurable enterprise services across global teams.

This role partners with architecture, engineering, operations, cloud technology, and security stakeholders to drive adoption, ensure operational readiness, and deliver secure, scalable cloud networking outcomes aligned with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Business Management or equivalent experience.
• 18+ years of overall experience across cybersecurity, network security and infrastructure security.
• Experience with Zscaler services including ZPA, ZIA, Zscaler Cloud Gateway, Zscaler Deception, and Azure Zero Trust strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define service vision, scope and lifecycle for each Zscaler platform capability within Network Security.
• Translate platform objectives into clear service offerings, tiers and customer journeys.
• Own service acceptance criteria and ensure operational readiness and documentation are in place.
• Chair governance forums and provide decisions, actions and risk management for the portfolio.
