Job summary

EY seeks a Zscaler Service Owner - Associate Director to lead Zscaler services within EY's STS Network Security Technology. You will own strategy, roadmap, and governance for ZPA, ZIA, Cloud Gateway, and related Azure Zero Trust initiatives, coordinating across architecture, engineering, operations and vendor partners.

You will drive operational readiness, service onboarding, and ongoing performance, risk and compliance management to deliver secure, scalable enterprise services worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Business Management or equivalent experience.
• 18+ years in cybersecurity, network security and infrastructure security.
• 8+ years with Zscaler platforms and services (service ownership, delivery leadership, product management).
• Experience managing enterprise-scale security or network services in a complex global environment.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Define the service vision, scope, outcomes, roadmap and lifecycle for each assigned Zscaler platform capability within Network Security.
• Translate platform objectives into clear service offerings, service tiers, customer journeys, support models and measurable outcomes.
• Own service acceptance criteria and ensure operational readiness, supportability, controls, documentation and ownership.
• Lead service delivery and adoption of Zscaler security services across global teams, ensuring risk, governance and compliance are addressed.
