Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Service Owner - Associate Director to lead Zscaler services within EY's Security Technology Services. You will own the strategy, roadmap and governance for Zscaler platform capabilities like ZPA, ZIA, and Cloud Gateway, coordinating across architecture, engineering and operations to deliver secure, scalable enterprise services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Cybersecurity/Business Management or equivalent.
18+ years of overall experience in cybersecurity, network security and infrastructure security.
8+ years of experience with Zscaler platforms (ZPA, ZIA, Cloud Gateway) and service ownership.
Experience managing enterprise-scale security or network services in a complex global environment.
Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for Zscaler services within STS Network Security Technology.
Define service vision, scope, outcomes, and lifecycle for each Zscaler capability.
Own service acceptance criteria and ensure operational readiness, supportability and documented ownership.
Lead adoption, performance, risk, compliance and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
Coordinate with architecture, engineering, operations, and vendor teams to transition capabilities into sustainable services.
