Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Zscaler Service Owner - Associate Director to lead Zscaler services within Network Security. You will own the service strategy, lifecycle, governance and outcomes for focused platform capabilities including ZPA, ZIA, Cloud Gateway and related Azure Zero Trust initiatives.

You will partner across architecture, engineering, operations and vendors to transition capabilities into sustainable, measurable enterprise services with strong security outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
• 18+ years of experience across cybersecurity, network security and infrastructure security.
• 8+ years of experience with Zscaler platforms and services (ZPA, ZIA, Cloud Gateway, Zscaler Deception).

Responsibilities

• Own service strategy, roadmap, governance and delivery for Zscaler platform capabilities.
• Translate platform objectives into defined service offerings, tiers and journeys.
• Lead global service management across architecture, engineering, operations and vendors.
• Define operational readiness, controls, monitoring and evidence requirements.
