Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Service Owner - Associate Director to lead Zscaler services within STS Network Security Technology. You will convert platform investments into governed, supportable enterprise services, owning strategy, roadmap, and delivery across the portfolio.

Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Cloud Technology, Identity and Data Protection to transition capabilities into sustainable global services, focusing on ZPA, ZIA, Cloud Gateway, Private Access and Azure Zero

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
18+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security or infrastructure security.
8+ years of experience with Zscaler platforms and services (ZPA, ZIA, Cloud Gateway, Deception).
Experience managing service financials, vendor relationships, risks and governance.
Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Own the service strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for Zscaler platform capabilities within Network Security.
Define service offerings, customer journeys, support models and measurable outcomes.
Develop governance, performance metrics, risk controls and documentation for compliant operations.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with architecture, engineering, operations, and vendors to ensure smooth transitions to production.
