Job summary

EY seeks a Zscaler Service Owner - Associate Director to lead Zscaler services within EY's STS Network Security Technology. You will drive strategy, roadmap, governance, and operational readiness for ZPA, ZIA, Cloud Gateway, and related capabilities across global teams.

Ideal candidates bring 18+ years in cybersecurity with 8+ years on Zscaler and a demonstrated ability to own enterprise security services, with strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 18+ years in cybersecurity, network security or infrastructure security.
• 8+ years with Zscaler platforms and services, including ownership, delivery leadership or operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define the service vision, scope, outcomes, and lifecycle for each Zscaler capability within Network Security.
• Translate platform objectives into service offerings, tiers, customer journeys and measurable outcomes.
• Own service acceptance criteria and ensure operational readiness, controls, and documentation.
• Lead global service team and governance forums, driving adoption and performance improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional partnerships across architecture, engineering, operations, and vendor management.
