Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Service Owner - Associate Director to lead security platform services within Network Security Technology. This executive role translates platform investments into governed, production-ready services with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Architecture, Engineering, Cloud, Identity and Compliance teams to define strategy, drive adoption, manage risk and deliver secure, scalable Zero Trust capabilities across EY’s global footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering, Cybersecurity, Business Management or equivalent.
• 18+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience with Zscaler platforms and services (ZPA, ZIA, Cloud Gateway, Deception).
• Experience delivering enterprise security services and ownership of service lifecycle.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define service vision, scope, outcomes and lifecycle for each Zscaler capability in Network Security.
• Translate platform objectives into service offerings, tiers and customer journeys.
• Own acceptance criteria and ensure operational readiness and governance.
• Drive adoption, performance measurement, risk management and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Cloud, Identity and Data Protection teams.
