Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead (Full-Time) to support visual merchandising in designated zones, oversee fixtures, signs, and endcaps, and drive a compelling guest experience in a warehouse-format store. You will train and coach team members, manage daily workloads with the Assistant Store Manager, handle freight and stock, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance while lifting up to 50 lbs.

Open availability for nights and weekends is required, with a focus on maintaining current signing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead visual merchandising transitions, reinventions, and resets while maintaining visual integrity and a neat, organized environment.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload and tasks to meet sales, guest engagement, and store goals.
• Participate in freight processes and stock product in designated areas including end caps.
• Support customer satisfaction, safety, inventory control, and loss prevention; participate in team huddles.
• Serve as a role model and coach in visual merchandising practices and staff development.
• Train and guide staff on visual priorities and creation of visual moments that enhance the customer experience.
• Review store metrics on the scorecard and act to improve sales and expenses within designated zones.
• Maintain a neat, up-to-date zone with current signing and sets.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
