Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead to support visual merchandising in designated zones and uphold company standards that drive sales. You will lead transitions, product assortments, and sets while ensuring a neat, organized zone and engaging guest experiences.

Collaborating with the Assistant Store Manager, you will manage workload, participate in freight processing, and coach team members to uphold safety and ethical conduct. This full-time role requires nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Strong attention to detail in standards, processes, marketing, etc.

Responsibilities

• Supports all visual merchandising processes including planning transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets.
• Plans/executing daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks to meet visual merchandising and store goals.
• Participates in freight processes for incoming freight and transitions.
• Stocking in designated areas and maintaining clean, organized zones.
• Supports customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention to drive store profitability.
• Acts as a role model and coach for visual merchandising standards and training.
