Job summary

At Home Stores LLC is seeking a Zone Lead (FT) to support visual merchandising in designated zones and uphold company standards to drive sales. You will guide team members, manage daily tasks, and ensure accurate execution of signage, displays, and endcaps to create engaging shopping experiences.

• Experience in visual merchandising and store setup.
• Ability to lead and coach team members to maintain standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.
• Capacity to lift and move merchandise safely (50 lb minimum).

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes and zone transitions.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to meet goals.
• Assist with freight processing and stock in designated zones.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized zones with current signing/sets.
• Coach team members on visual priorities and customer experience.
• Monitor scorecard data and act to improve key metrics.
• Open availability for nights and weekends.
