Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clear verbal, written and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising processes and plan transitions, reinventions and resets within designated zones.
• Manage daily/weekly workload and tasks to achieve sales and visual standards.
• Assist with freight processes and stock placement in designated areas.
• Support customer experience, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Coach and train team members on visual priorities and expectations.
• Review store metrics and act to improve sales and compliance.
• Maintain neat, up-to-date signing and visual sets; open availability for nights/weekends.
