Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Zone Lead to support visual merchandising in designated zones and maintain store standards that drive sales. You will lead transitions, product assortments, and in-store marketing elements while guiding team members in visual priorities and guest experience.

The role requires enthusiastic lifting, moving around a warehouse-format store, and ensuring safety and compliance. Open availability including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to bend, climb, and reach as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes across zones and maintain visual standards.
• Plan and lead transitions, reinventions, and resets with the ASM.
• Plan/exe cute daily/weekly workload to meet sales and guest goals.
• Manage freight processes and stocking in designated areas.
• Promote safety, ethics, and compliance while coaching the team.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
